The Polish Institute in Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg Institute of History of the RAS and the Institute of History and Political Science University of Białystok announce the completion of the 9th Open Contest “Topical Science”. On November 24, 2016 the results of the contest have been summed up. The first prize has been granted to the first year student of the masters program of the Lomonosov Moscow State University Nadezhda Sergeevna Kucher.
