Dear colleagues!

This year will be 60-year anniversary of prof., D.Sc. in History Sergei Victorovich Yarov, who passed away in September 2015. One intends to honor his memory by organization of the conference, which is planned on October 9, 2019.
The conference will include two parts: scientific and memorial. The issues for the first are presupposed by scholarly interests of S.V. Yarov.
